Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), a federal government entity, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for procurement of goods described in the bidding documents available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0. The procurement is planned for FY 2026-27 with reference number FCS/CBW.S/TE/011/2026 and reference P86365. Funds have been reserved for this planned procurement, with proceeds to cover eligible payments under the referenced contract. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. Sealed e-bids prepared in accordance with instructions in the e-Bidding Documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 03:30 PM. E-bids will be opened using EPADS v2.0 on the same day, Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 04:00 PM. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained. Vendors not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 may register themselves at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.
