Description / Scope of Work
Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (PROCUREMENT DEPARTMENT) invites sealed electronic bids for civil works installation of four deep well ground beds on a complete package basis under single stage one envelope bidding procedure. The tender reference is SSGC/SC/PT/EPADS2/14410 with EPADS reference P81874. The scope of work involves installation of deep well ground beds as per the detailed bill of quantities provided. The procurement is aimed at eligible bidders holding valid PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) certificates of category C-6 or above, with the work to be carried out on a comprehensive turnkey basis. The project is funded from reserved procurement funds for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed in Sindh province.
Eligible bidders must possess a valid PEC certificate of category C-6 or above and be registered on the EPADS v2.0 portal. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, bank guarantee, or bid securing declaration as prescribed in the bidding document. Bidders are required to submit comprehensive technical and financial proposals meeting the specifications outlined in the service specifications and scope of work sections. The procurement follows the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and adopts the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique for evaluation.

Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, August 24, 2026 at 03:00 PM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 03:30 PM. Manual bid submission is not permitted.
