For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

This is a large-value, specialized military/security procurement for vehicle armoring components with strict brand compliance requirements.
Bidders must source from approved OEMs (SSAB Ramor, Glass Solution, Hutchinson, DBA, Xtreme, Kevlar fabric suppliers) or approved equivalents, implying significant supplier relationships and compliance certifications are essential. The 90-day delivery timeline after LC opening is standard but demanding for imported materials. The tender is a one-off capital project, not a recurring contract, suited to established vehicle modification or defense supply contractors with prior government contracts and strong financial standing.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold active NTN registration, valid Sales Tax Department registration, and audited accounts for three years. Non-defaulter and non-blacklist certification from all government organizations is mandatory. Prior contracts with government or semi-government entities are required or strongly preferred. Typically, procurement of defense-related vehicle components requires additional security clearance and pre-registration with defense procurement authorities.
