For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

SNGPL seeks replacement cooling coils for existing AHU systems across three office floors—a focused, relatively contained replacement project rather than new infrastructure.
Scale appears small to medium given the specific scope of 6 coil units at a single building location. Project timeline from July 2026 issue to August 2026 closing suggests moderate urgency. Key consideration: this is maintenance/replacement work requiring precise fit compatibility with existing AHU equipment; bidders must verify coil dimensions and specifications against current installations to avoid delays.
Who can bid: Bidders typically require NTN registration with FBR and SECP incorporation as a limited company or sole proprietorship. HVAC equipment suppliers should hold relevant industry certifications or trade licenses from appropriate regulatory bodies. Performance bond requirement indicates preference for established contractors with financial capacity. No specific PEC category mandated; however, experience with commercial HVAC systems and reference projects preferred.
