Description / Scope of Work
COMSATS University Islamabad, Abbottabad Campus invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of batteries for UPS systems under Electronic Funds System reference EFS # 42118 (P72490). This is a goods procurement for FY 2026-27 with reserved funds allocated by the university. The tender uses a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding process adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) v2.0 to participate in this electronic bidding process.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Call at Deposit or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders are those who meet the criteria outlined in the tender documents and are duly registered on the ePADS platform. Bidders are required to submit complete documentation including technical specifications, pricing, past experience, and compliance declarations as per the standard bidding document requirements.
