Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), Procurement Office at Transmission Headquarter in Faisalabad, Punjab, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of goods under tender reference FST/TE/057/26 (P132157) as part of budgeted allocations for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement follows a Single Stage-One Envelope process using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bidders are required to register on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 to access the complete bidding documents, which contain detailed specifications, terms and conditions, and all procurement requirements.
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders must meet the criteria outlined in the tender documents and comply with all regulatory requirements. Participation is open to vendors registered on EPADS v2.0; those not yet registered must complete the registration process before submitting their bids.
Electronic bids prepared in accordance with the e-Bidding Documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 03:30 PM. Manual submission of bids is not permitted.
