Construction of a single fire watch tower at Kabghani, Swabi district, with contract value Rs.
6.00 million and 3-month completion period. Small-scale civil works project under forest department framework. Bidders should note the compressed 28 August 2026 deadline (approximately 8 months from typical publication) and mandatory ePADS registration requirement. This appears a one-off infrastructure project rather than recurring contract. Tight timeline and specific location requirement may limit competition.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on ePADS and with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority for tax compliance. Registration with PEC or relevant provincial council under Rule 37A KP-PPRA is required. Typically for forest works, contractors should hold valid construction licenses and experience in civil infrastructure. Foreign bidders may participate if properly registered.
