For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is an annual recurring procurement for office consumables (toners) by a federal government entity with established demand and regular repeat contracting.
The scale appears medium, covering supplies for Cabinet Secretariat operations across computer, fax and photocopier equipment. Bidders should note the tight submission deadline (August 28, 2026) and the mandatory electronic submission requirement on ePADS with no manual alternatives. The use of QCBS evaluation suggests technical specification compliance will be weighted alongside price competitiveness, making product quality documentation essential.
Who can bid: The notice does not explicitly state eligibility restrictions. Bidders must typically be registered vendors on ePADS v2.0 and possess valid NTN and SECP registration if a company. Local manufacturers or authorized distributors of toners are typically preferred. Sole proprietors, partnerships and registered private companies meeting tax and registration requirements are typically eligible.
