For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
University is tendering multiple repair and maintenance jobs across civil infrastructure including sewerage systems, storeroom and generator facilities.
Procurement uses LCBS scoring under single-envelope format, meaning price is the primary differentiator. Bid security is mandatory. Work scope appears distributed across several discrete maintenance tasks rather than a single major contract, suitable for contractors with general maintenance capability. No framework or recurrent contract indicated—this appears to be a one-off procurement cycle.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0. The notice does not specify PEC category or minimum registration requirements explicitly; typically for civil repair works in Pakistan, contractors require NTN registration, relevant construction experience, and satisfactory financial standing. Registration with the appropriate provincial construction authority is typically mandatory.
