Two distinct military engineer contracts: a specialised 46.2 million rupee RCC foundation project for CNC machinery at PAC Kamra, and a 50 million rupee miscellaneous maintenance package at the same facility.
Both require current PEC or MES registration and pre-qualification approval by GHQ's Engineer-in-Chief. The tight closing date (31 August 2026) and pre-qualification gate mean only experienced, registered contractors with strong military project history will qualify. Bid security is refundable for non-MES firms, reducing entry friction for smaller operators.
Who can bid: Applicants must hold valid PEC registration (C-2 to C-5 in relevant discipline, validity to June 2026) or preferably MES registration (A, B or C). Non-enlisted firms must provide 2% refundable bid security. Pre-qualification by Engineer-in-Chief's Branch, GHQ Rawalpindi is mandatory. No outstanding delay, defect or engineering and maintenance recovery reports permitted. Typically, construction contracts also require NTN and SECP registration.
