For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Sports items procurement valued at approximately PKR 1.54 million under a framework contract with repeat ordering structure.
The school will place purchase orders periodically rather than a single large delivery, suggesting ongoing inventory replenishment. Bidders must navigate e-procurement portal submission with tight compliance on documentation and the two-envelope system. The framework nature indicates potential for recurring business if performance is satisfactory, though the initial estimated value is modest for a school sports programme.
Who can bid: Bidders must be experienced, financially sound business enterprises registered with Income Tax Department and Sales Tax (if applicable). Typical eligibility for school supply contracts requires company registration (SECP/business certificate), valid NTN, and no adverse tax/regulatory history. Sole proprietors and partnerships typically qualify if properly registered.
