Description / Scope of Work
The District Police Officer, Okara invites sealed tenders through the Punjab e-Procurement System for a framework contract covering procurement and repair services for the financial year 2026-27. Five lots are advertised with a combined estimated value of approximately 89 million rupees: Lot 1 covers miscellaneous items including sports equipment, stationery, computer hardware, furniture and advertising (20 million); Lot 2 covers POL charges for lubricants (25 million); Lot 3 covers furniture and machinery repair services (6 million); Lot 4 covers transport repair including tyres, batteries and spare parts (30 million); and Lot 5 covers building office and residential repairs (8 million). Bidders may participate in any or all lots as required.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for income tax, provincial sales tax authority, and the Pakistan Revenue Authority. Bid security of 4 percent of the estimated cost for each lot must be submitted as a CDR, demand draft or banker's cheque from a scheduled bank. Upon contract acceptance, successful bidders must deposit performance security equal to 5 percent of the total contract value. Bidders must provide NTN, sales tax registration, professional tax certificates and a non-blacklist performance certificate on stamp paper valued at 300 rupees.

E-bids must be uploaded before 11:00 AM on 03 September 2026; bids will be opened publicly at 12:30 PM the same day at the DPO office in Okara. Bidders must bring product samples at tender opening.
