Description / Scope of Work
The Police Department of the Government of Punjab invites pre-qualification applications from eligible firms and companies for the supply of boots and shoes for the financial year 2026-27 to serve Punjab Police across the province. Applicant firms and companies must be registered with relevant tax departments and possess valid and active NTN and GST numbers. Pre-qualification documents are available for download from the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk, the Punjab Police website at https://punjabpolice.gov.pk, and the PPRA website at http://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Only firms and companies registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System are eligible to participate in the pre-qualification process.
Eligible applicants must prepare and submit their complete applications along with all relevant supporting documents via the Punjab e-Procurement System before the submission deadline. Applicants are strongly advised to upload their documents well before the closing date and time rather than waiting until the last moment, as submission responsibility lies entirely with the firm or company. The Police Department will not be liable for any costs incurred during the submission of documents and reserves the right to cancel the short-listing process at any time without notice or explanation.
The pre-qualification applications will close on 2 September 2026 at 12:00 noon and will be opened at 12:30 PM the same day.
