Description / Scope of Work
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Multan invites bids for hiring services related to the On-Screen Marking System (OSM) and Digital Variable Printing of Answer Sheets as part of the Integrated E-Marking Project – One Window Solution. Reference number 66/Store, this procurement encompasses template designing, digital printing with encrypted variable QR codes, auto stapling, scanning, packing, indexing, cropping, e-marking answer sheet printing, and provision of supporting software. The project is located in Multan, Punjab and serves the examination marking and printing requirements of the board for the financial year 2026-2027.
Eligible bidders must be firms or companies registered under the Sales Tax Act and Income Tax with active taxpayer status and good reputation. Bidders must not have been blacklisted by any government, semi-government or autonomous body. All tenders should be submitted in the name of the Secretary, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Multan. A bid security of 5 percent of the estimated price must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System, and the successful bidder will furnish an additional 10 percent performance security within 7 days of award notification. Bidders with a minimum of five years' experience and meeting the specified criteria are invited to participate.

Bids must be submitted exclusively through Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) by 02 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day at BISE Multan meeting room. The tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA rules 38(2)(a).
