Framework contract for year-long provision of event services (seating, catering, training materials, stationery) for livestock training programmes under a provincial agricultural development scheme.
Estimated contract value Rs. 9 million suggests multiple small-to-medium events throughout 2026–27 rather than a single large engagement. The tender explicitly emphasizes timely delivery of fresh refreshments and materials to multiple training sites, implying logistical capability and reliability are as important as price. Bidders must hold three-tier tax registration and demonstrate two years of prior supply history.
Who can bid: Firms must hold active Income Tax, Sales Tax and Professional Tax registrations with two years documented business and supply history. Typically, event services vendors do not require specialized licensing, though food handlers certification would be prudent for refreshment supply. No PEC or sectoral accreditation is stated as mandatory.
