This is a large framework contract for diverse event management items and catering services with estimated value Rs.
50 million over FY 2026-27. The procurement spans CCTV, generators, marquees, food items, sound/lighting, furniture, and miscellaneous supplies—typical for district-level recurring events. Bid security requirement is Rs. 1 million. The short 10-day tendering window suggests established vendors should apply. Successful bidders will likely handle multiple small-scale events throughout the year rather than single large projects.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid GST registration and NTN. CNIC of proprietor required. Typically, suppliers should be registered with SECP if incorporated, or hold single proprietorship documentation. Experience in similar event supply categories and established business track record appear expected but specific PEC or category classification is not stated in the notice.
