Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Sports Merged Areas in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has issued a budget proposal request for talent grooming of players and organisation of sports events under the provincial Annual Development Programme. The proposal encompasses e-PID system acquisition, disposal system implementation, time travel allowance for 1965 incident beneficiaries, and procurement of different sports events at Merger Scheme Nameuly. This initiative aims to develop sporting infrastructure and support athletic talent across the merged districts of KPK province through structured government funding mechanisms.
Investors and bidders must be registered with the State Bank of Pakistan for payment systems, with biddable branches building and furnishing components. The bidder shall submit original bid security in the shape of a cell deposit or demand draft drawn on a bank payable to the order of the office undersigned by 1100 AM on September 26, 2026. All copies must be evaluated in accordance with KPRA regulations and PSO activities documented from the date of publication on the website.
Bid documents are obtainable from the Directorate office during working hours at the address provided. A pre-bid meeting regarding the Directorate of Sports, Merged Areas, Peshawar, will be held on 21st August 2024 at 2:00 PM. Written submissions must arrive within the prescribed time frame, with opening scheduled for 2:30 PM the same day. Complete proposals and financial quotations must adhere to KPPRA Rules and be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Directorate office, Peshawar.
