Punjab Counter Narcotics Force invites electronic bids for the procurement of uniform and protective clothing for the financial year 2026-27. The estimated procurement value is PKR 100,000,000 with a bid security requirement of PKR 5,000,000 (5 percent of estimated amount). This is an open competitive tender under PPRA Rule 12 and Section 5 of Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022. Eligibility is restricted to firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers, or authorized agents/dealers/distributors engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. Bidders must submit a bid security of PKR 5,000,000 as a guarantee of good faith. All bids must be submitted in a single package containing both technical and financial components inclusive of all applicable taxes, and must be compliant with the complete bidding document requirements.
E-bids must be submitted online through the E-Procurement System (E-PADS) website on or before 01-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. The tender will be opened on 01-09-2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives under PPRA Rule 30(1). In case of a public holiday, the receiving and opening date will be shifted to the next working day.
