Framework contract for supply of four food commodity categories (grocery, vegetables, meat, bakery) to a university.
Contract value approximately PKR 21.7 million spanning full financial year 2026–27, suggesting consistent, ongoing supply requirements rather than one-time procurement. Bidders must secure liquidity for 2% earnest money and meet PPRA compliance. Typical suppliers include wholesale food distributors, vegetable merchants and meat suppliers registered with relevant authorities. Competition likely from established suppliers already serving institutional buyers.
Who can bid: Open to registered firms, sole proprietors and authorized distributors. Bidders must typically hold current NTN registration, maintain sales tax registration where applicable, and provide documentary proof of authorization if distributing on behalf of manufacturers. No specific PEC or professional licensing mentioned, but food supply contracts typically require health department compliance certifications. Bank guarantee or CDR capacity required for earnest money.
