Description / Scope of Work
Akhtar Hameed Khan National Centre for Rural Development (AHKNCRD), Islamabad invites e-bids for pre-qualification of eligible firms to provide miscellaneous services including washing and ironing of cloths, food catering at trainings and national/international conferences, seminars and symposiums, and printing of newsletters and journals on a time-to-time basis during fiscal year 2026-27. The bidding will be conducted through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) under PPRA Rules 16 & 17 using Single Stage One Envelope (SSOE) procedure based on quality of services already rendered followed by cost evaluation, in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004 as amended and E-Pak-Procurement Regulation 2023. The procurement is funded from AHKNCRD's regular budget for 2026-2027.
Eligible bidders must be registered with PPRA and FBR and meet all eligibility criteria outlined in the bidding document. Firms must submit bid security of Rs. 20,000 in the form of CDR, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Banker's Cheque drawn on AHKNCRD (FTN No. 9010200-2), and an affidavit on Rs. 100 stamp paper confirming non-blacklisting status. Scanned copies of all required documents must be uploaded through E-PADS, with one original hard copy submitted to the Deputy Director before e-bid closing time. Only pre-qualified firms will be called for financial evaluation.
E-bidding documents are available free on E-PADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk and AHKNCRD's website www.ncrd.gov.pk. E-bids must be submitted via E-PADS by the deadline stated in the tender notice; bids will be opened the same day. Manual financial bids are not accepted. AHKNCRD reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance under Rule 33 of Public Procurement Rules 2004.
