Description / Scope of Work
The Child Protection Institute under the Ministry of Human Rights, Government of Pakistan, invites bids through ePADS v2.0 from eligible vendors for the supply of food items to the Child Protection Institute shelter in Islamabad. The institute provides security services and shelter facilities for vulnerable children and has reserved funds for procurement during the fiscal year 2026-2027. This tender covers non-consultancy services for provision of food supplies to meet the nutritional and dietary requirements of residents at the shelter facility in Islamabad, Federal. The procurement will be conducted using a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004, emphasizing quality and cost-based selection to ensure efficient delivery of services.
Bidders must be duly registered with relevant security and regulatory bodies including SECP and Ministry of Interior. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or Bid Securing Declaration as prescribed by the issuing authority. Bidders are required to submit bids electronically through the ePADS v2.0 portal and must ensure compliance with all mandatory documentation and qualification requirements specified in the bid documents.

Bidders must submit their bids electronically through ePADS v2.0 on or before Monday, September 07, 2026 at 11:30 AM. E-bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
