Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites sealed electronic bids through SAP Ariba for five separate service contracts. These include: (1) periodic maintenance and calibration of CFR engine at PSO Central Lab in Karachi, Sindh; (2) integrity testing and assessment of LPG and firefighting pipelines at LPG plants in Dhurnal and Akhora Khattak; (3) OGRA-approved third-party inspection services for LPG commercial, domestic, and 200 kg cylinders, plus composite cylinders at Gujranwala; (4) shifting of aviation refueler from Sialkot Airport to Lahore Airport; and (5) replacement of transformer cable at Sihala Installation. The contracts are advertised by PPRA and PSO on their respective websites and SAP Ariba portal for eligible contractors with adequate past relevant experience and financial capabilities. Bidders must demonstrate technical competence and financial standing appropriate to each service contract's scope.
Eligible contractors must register on the SAP Ariba portal if they do not already hold an Ariba Network ID. All bids must be submitted electronically through SAP Ariba by 01 September 2026 at 14:15 (02:15 PM). Bid documents may be collected from the portal between 17 August 2026 and 01 September 2026, 09:00 AM to 14:15 PM. Tender-specific SAP Ariba links are provided for each of the five contracts. For contracts 1–4, bids will be opened on 01 September 2026 at 15:00 (03:00 PM Onwards). Contract 1 uses a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure, and commercial bid opening date will be communicated separately to technically qualified bidders only.
Prospective bidders must submit a duly signed and stamped tender document collection request on official letterhead via the SAP Ariba portal, mentioning the relevant tender number. Further updates may be posted on PSO's procurement website (www.psopk.com/procurement) and PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk).
