Description / Scope of Work
The Provincial Intelligence Fusion & Threat Assessment Centre (PIFTAC), Government of Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed bids under the single-stage two-envelope procedure of the GB-PPRA Rules, 2022 for four separate procurement sub-heads in fiscal year 2026-27. The tenders cover repair and maintenance labour plus spare parts supply for vehicles and motorcycles (Code AO-13001), purchase of plant and machinery including office equipment, power systems, solar installations, CCTV systems, IT equipment and fire safety apparatus (Code AO-9601), printing and publication work (Code AO-3902), and supply of miscellaneous items and minor services (Code AO-3970). Each tender must be applied for separately with distinct bids, bid security and sealed envelopes marked with the tender name and code. The PIFTAC Office is located at SPU Compound, Sakwar, Gilgit.
Only firms holding a valid vendor number are eligible to participate, as government payments are processed online. Bidders must possess valid registration with relevant authorities, a valid NTN, and demonstrate relevant experience in their respective tender categories. All mandatory conditions specified in the bidding documents must be fulfilled. Bid security of 2% of the total quoted price must be submitted in the form of a bank draft or CDR in favour of DDO PIFTAC. An affidavit on Rs. 100 stamp paper confirming the firm has never been blacklisted must accompany each bid. Conditional and optional bids will be rejected as non-responsive. PIFTAC employees, officers and their blood relatives are ineligible.
Bidding documents are available from the PIFTAC Office at SPU Compound, Sakwar, Gilgit for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,500 per tender, or can be downloaded from the GB-PPRA website www.gbppra.gov.pk. Sealed bids must be submitted to the PIFTAC Office on or before 4 September 2026 at 1100 hours (minimum 15 days from publication date per GB-PPRA Rules, 2022). Bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or authorised representatives.
