This is a recurring annual medicines supply contract under the Sehat Sahulat Program for six hospital wards/units in Lower Chitral.
The contract requires local presence within 100 metres of the hospital and verified drug licensing. Separate bids per category mean multiple contract opportunities. Notable constraint: insurance payment delays necessitate financial stability. The Rs. 300,000 per-category CDR requirement and strict E-PADS submission process indicate a formal, government-regulated procurement. Competition likely includes established pharmaceutical distributors already operating in Lower Chitral.
Who can bid: Applicants must be registered chemists or licensed medicine distributors with Drug Sale License verified by the Drug Inspector, Lower Chitral. License must be in the applicant's name. The medical store must operate within 100 metres of the hospital. Typically, bidders must also hold NTN (National Tax Number) and maintain financial stability given insurance payment timing risks. SECP or business registration in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is typically required.
