For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
ICT Police seeks ongoing supplies of pharmaceuticals, medicines, and medical/lab equipment for their Islamabad dispensary during FY 2026-27.
This is a recurring annual procurement likely worth several million rupees given police institutional scale. Competition will be intense—bidders must be FBR-listed, tax-compliant firms. The September 2026 deadline is moderate, but ePADS-only submission and strict documentation requirements mean preparation time is critical. Single-stage two-envelope QCBS favours established vendors with proven quality credentials and cost discipline.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold active NTN and STRN, maintain regular tax payment history, appear on FBR's Active Tax Payers List, and be registered on ePADS v2.0 before bid submission. Certified firm registration, GST, and NTN documentation required. Typically, pharmaceutical suppliers must also hold Drug Regulatory Authority (DRA) or State Drug Regulatory Authority (SDRA) licensure; this is not explicitly stated but is standard for medicine procurement.
