For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
CPSP seeks a customized computer system for its Karachi headquarters—likely a medium-scale IT infrastructure procurement.
The notice specifies two separate sealed bids (technical and financial), indicating formal evaluation procedures. The tender deadline is 03 September 2026 with same-day opening, leaving narrow response windows. Reputable companies with documented computer system customization experience are explicitly required; this rules out new entrants or generalist vendors. No estimate of contract value is disclosed in the notice, but the three-center distribution and formal process suggest institutional importance. The CPSP operates multiple regional centers (Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi), implying potential for future repeat procurement.
Who can bid: Bidders must be reputable companies with demonstrated experience in computer system supply and customization. The notice does not specify PEC category, SECP registration, or NTN requirements; however, typically suppliers to federal/provincial professional bodies are expected to hold valid business registration (SECP), NTN with FBR, and GST registration. Sole proprietors and informal entities are unlikely to meet 'reputable company' criteria.
