Water & Sanitation Agency (WASA) Chakwal invites electronic bids from eligible contractors, firms and companies for the hiring of vehicles on rental basis for official use during the financial year 2026-27. The estimated cost of the contract is Rs. 49,76,400 and the scope covers the provision of rental vehicles to support WASA Chakwal's operational requirements in the province of Punjab. Bidders must be registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System, Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) with active taxpayer status (NTN and PNTN). A bid security of 5 percent or Rs. 2,48,820 must be submitted through the e-Procurement portal by the closing deadline. Failure to submit bid security will result in the tender being cancelled and deemed non-responsive. Eligible bidders must complete and authenticate their electronic bids in PDF format and submit them online through the Punjab e-Procurement System website at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ on or before 2 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the office of the Deputy Director, WASA Chakwal. The contract follows a single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024. Bids will remain valid for 60 days. Tenderers must quote rates against each item in the detailed estimate or bill of quantities and cannot quote a percentage on total estimated cost. Conditional tenders will not be accepted.
