Description / Scope of Work
Shifa Foundation, a non-profit non-governmental organization implementing projects across multiple districts of Punjab, invites sealed tenders from registered and eligible suppliers, vendors, rent-a-car companies and service providers for the provision of vehicles on a monthly rental basis for the UNICEF Punjab Project. The tender seeks 12 vehicles comprising 11 hatchback vehicles (Suzuki Cultus or Suzuki Wagon R, 2017 or above, 1000 CC, petrol, AC and heating with four-seat capacity and driver) and one sedan car (1300 CC or above, 2017 or above, petrol, AC, four-seat capacity with driver and fuel included). The hatchback vehicles are required at specified base stations across Punjab including Rawalpindi, Jhelum, Gujrat, Sargodha, Faisalabad, Jhang, Sialkot, Multan, Khanewal, Rajanpur and Islamabad/Lahore with geographical coverage extending to nearby districts. The sedan is required at Lahore Office.
Eligible suppliers, vendors and rent-a-car companies must be registered with relevant authorities. All vehicles shall be provided with competent drivers. Fuel for hatchback vehicles will be provided by Shifa Foundation, while the sedan vehicle shall include fuel as part of the quoted rental arrangement. Vehicles are strictly prohibited from being used by the company's drivers on weekends or after office hours for personal use or any other rental purpose. Tenderers must comply with all special conditions and submit relevant documentation including undertakings and evidence of relevant experience in vehicle rental services.
Bid documents comprising Form A (Instructions to Tender), Form B (Letter of Invitation), Form C (Instructions to Tender), Form D (Terms and Conditions), Form E (Tender Relevant Experience for Vehicle Rental Services) and Form F (Undertaking of PSEA Clause for Vendors and Suppliers) are available for download. Sealed tenders must be submitted by the closing date of 26th August 2026.
