For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a modest-scale procurement of school uniforms and footwear for approximately 786 special education students, valued at PKR 2.62 million.
The tender requires Federal Board of Revenue registration (FBR) and digital bid security submission via the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bidders should note the tight closing window and the requirement to provide one winter and two summer uniforms per student, suggesting significant inventory planning. This appears to be a one-time annual procurement rather than a framework contract, making timeliness and accurate sizing critical.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for both Income Tax and Sales Tax. Typically, suppliers of uniforms and shoes should hold relevant SECP registration or sole proprietorship documentation. The notice does not explicitly restrict participation by category but requires FBR registration as the primary qualifying criterion.
