Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Daanish Schools & Centres of Excellence Authority invites electronic bids from manufacturers, distributors, suppliers and sellers of school uniforms registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments for supply of school uniforms to all Daanish Schools (boys and girls) across Punjab under a framework contract. The procurement comprises two lots: School Uniform (Boys) with estimated amount Rs 21.158 million and School Uniform (Girls) with estimated amount Rs 25.540 million. The successful bidder will supply uniforms to 20 Daanish Schools located at Rahim Yar Khan, Hasilpur (Bahawalpur), Chishtian (Bahawalnagar), Piplaan (Mianwali), Jand (Attock), Dera Ghazi Khan, Fazilpur (Rajanpur), Mailsi (Vehari), Mankera (Bhakkar) and Taunsa (DG Khan), with delivery at the respective schools.
Bidders must be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments of Pakistan. Bid security of Rs 423,168 for boys uniforms and Rs 510,816 for girls uniforms must be submitted online through Punjab E-Procurement System via PSID generation. All bids must be submitted electronically; hard copy submissions will not be accepted in compliance with Government of Punjab and PPRA policy. Technical bids will be evaluated on a 60-point passing marks criterion, with the lowest evaluated bidder awarded the contract.

Bids must be submitted online by Wednesday 02 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bid opening on the same day at 11:30 AM.
