Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Daanish Schools & Centers of Excellence Authority invites e-bids from registered manufacturers, distributors, suppliers and sellers of school sweaters and blazers in Pakistan for supply of winter uniforms to all Daanish Schools (boys and girls) across Punjab under a framework contract. The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 comprises sleeveless and full-sleeve sweaters with an estimated amount of Rs 12.893 million, and Lot 2 comprises blazers with an estimated amount of Rs 21.532 million. The contract will operate on a framework basis with head office signing the primary agreement and 20 Daanish Schools located across Punjab including Rahim Yar Khan, Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, Mianwali, Attock, Dera Ghazi Khan, Rajanpur, Vehari, Bhakkar and DG Khan issuing separate purchase orders and making payments upon receipt of goods in proper order.
Bidders must be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments of Pakistan to be eligible for participation. Each lot requires submission of 2% bid security through PSID generation on the Punjab E-Procurement System: Lot 1 requires Rs 257,880 and Lot 2 requires Rs 430,650 as bid security. Bidders must submit all required documentary evidence, technical specifications compliance undertakings, and supporting documents as detailed in the bidding documents. Alternative bids shall not be considered and only substantially responsive bids will be evaluated. Hard copies alone will not be accepted as per Government of Punjab and PPRA policy.

Online submission through Punjab E-Procurement System is compulsory for all bidders. The last date for bid submission is Thursday 03 September 2026 at 11:00 AM with technical bid opening on the same day at 11:30 AM.
