The Punjab Thalassaemia and other Genetic Disorders Prevention and Research Institute, operating under Fatima Jinnah Medical University in Lahore, invites bids for a framework contract covering the supply of office stationery, computer stationery, general store items and UPS batteries required for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement is divided into three separate packages evaluated independently: Package 1 covers office stationery, Package 2 addresses computer stationery requirements, and Package 3 encompasses general store items alongside UPS batteries. Bidders must be original manufacturers or authorised agents of foreign manufacturers operating in Pakistan with current certificates of authorisation for the goods being supplied. Bid security of 2% of the estimated amount must be submitted in the form of a cash deposit receipt made payable to the Director General. All bidders are required to furnish two affidavits on Rs. 100 stamp paper: one affirming non-blacklisting status with either PTGD or PPRA, and another certifying the truthfulness of all submitted documentation and particulars. A performance guarantee equivalent to 5% of the contract value will be required from the successful bidder upon contract award.
