This is a small-scale supply contract with tight 2-day closure (20 August 2026). Critical requirement is mandatory sample submission for quality approval before order confirmation—failure to supply acceptable sample will block the contract. Delivery location is central Karachi. Payment is post-delivery by cheque. Penalty clause of 2 percent monthly applies to delays. One-off procurement; typical for institutional ID schemes.
Who can bid: The notice does not specify registration or licensing requirements.
