Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi, Sindh, invites quotations for the supply of SBS branded gift items and corporate souvenirs under Request for Quotation RFQ-003962. The procurement comprises four items: 100 units of souvenir boxes (8x4.5 inches, cardboard with matt finishing, black, with internal velvet, magnet and doori closure), 100 units of leather visiting card holders with magnetic metallic flaps (4x2.5 inches), 100 units of 32GB USB flash drives, and 100 units of metallic ball pens with silver solid bodies. All items must be SBS branded. Delivery is required to the Stores at IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi. Samples of all items are mandatory for quality approval before order finalization.
Bidders must meet material specifications and quality standards as detailed in the RFQ. IBA reserves the right to cancel any or all items if materials do not conform to specifications or if delivery is delayed. General Sales Tax applies to applicable items only. Liquidity damage at 2 percent per month will be imposed on delayed deliveries. Stamp duty at 0.35 percent of the total purchase order value will be levied. Government taxes, levies and charges will be applied as per applicable SRO rates. IBA reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation and to issue purchase orders to different lowest responsive bidders for individual items or all items to a single bidder.
Quotations must be submitted to the Purchase Department, IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi, by 20 August 2026 at 3:00 PM. Payment will be made through crossed cheque after receipt of invoices and delivery of items. Advance payment is subject to bank guarantee.
