For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
GE (A) PMA Kakul is seeking pre-qualified contractors for a broad portfolio of maintenance, repair, construction and supply contracts across military academy infrastructure.
The tender covers multiple work categories with costs to be determined, suggesting a substantial, multi-contract framework rather than a single project. PEC registration and MES approval are mandatory; contractors without these credentials are ineligible. The September 2026 deadline provides reasonable preparation time. This appears to be an annual or recurring contracting cycle for facility and logistics management.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration and be on the approved MES list in categories A, B, C, D or E. No litigation with government departments and no outstanding inspection reports are required. Typical construction procurement also requires NTN and tax clearance, though not explicitly stated here.
