CDA seeks qualified PEC-registered contractors for repair and maintenance of a federal building in Islamabad.
The procurement follows standard least-cost selection on the EPADS platform. This is a maintenance contract with likely recurrent scope, typical of government property upkeep. The deadline is tight—bidders have limited time to register on EPADS, download specifications, cost bid documents, and submit electronically. Only registered PEC firms with valid capacity and bid security can participate.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council. Bid security is required as per the bidding document specification. Typically, eligible bidders must have valid NTN, PEC registration in an appropriate category, no disqualification history, and technical capacity relevant to building maintenance work.
