Sui Southern Gas Company Limited, Sindh, invites sealed quotations from pre-qualified vendors for the procurement of components for gas meter valve grids under PPRA Rules 2004. The tender enquiry number is SSGC/LP/NT/PQ/PT/2179257. Two separate line items are specified: 300,000 units of components for REMUS G.I.P gas meters (valve grid as per specifications and drawing MP-VG-D1622R03) with a delivery schedule of 30,000 pieces per month starting seven days after purchase order placement, and 720,000 units of components for REMUS G.I.P gas meters (valve as per specifications and drawing MP-V-D1623R05) with identical monthly delivery commitments of 100 pieces per month. Bidders are required to submit fixed bid security of PKR 286,000. All offers must remain valid for 120 days from the bid opening date, and the bid bond validity period is 150 days. Bids containing alternative submissions, conditional terms, or amendments to the price schedule and bill of quantities will be treated as conditional and rejected.
