For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a framework rate contract for spares procurement by a military engineering depot with bid validity through June 2028, indicating repeat purchasing potential.
The tender emphasizes stringent documentation requirements including OEM/ITD-approval, financial capability proof, and submitted tender samples for approval before bulk supply. Single-stage bidding with simultaneous technical and commercial evaluation suggests compressed evaluation timelines. Foreign and local supply sources require full traceability documentation; this is not a straightforward commodity purchase but requires established supply chain credentials.
Who can bid: Firms must be registered with 301 Central Base Spares Depot EME and registered with SECP if a company entity. OEM, OPM, or ITD Directorate/HIT-approved manufacturers/stockists/agents are eligible.
