Description / Scope of Work
The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) invites electronic bids for the disposal of vehicles through open e-auction on an as-is-where-is basis under the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2024. This procurement is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 and is open to registered firms, companies, individuals, sole proprietorships, partnerships, private and public limited companies, holding companies, companies limited by guarantee, state-owned enterprises, NGOs, NPOs, and IGOs. The auction is being conducted in the Federal capital region with the Disposal Activity ID D10564.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for both Income Tax and Sales Tax purposes and must maintain active status on the Active Taxpayer List. PEC registration may additionally be required depending on the nature of assets being disposed. Bidders are required to participate exclusively through online channels using their EPADS v2.0 accounts; manual bids are not accepted under any circumstances.
The e-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, and specifications are available to registered bidders on the EPADS v2.0 portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bidders can search using Disposal Activity ID D10564. The e-auction will remain open until September 8, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with evaluation commencing at 11:30 AM the same day. Bidders may increase their offers multiple times until the closing deadline, after which the highest bidder will be automatically selected as the winner by the EPADS v2.0 system. Grievance Redressal Committee notifications are available on the EPADS platform and the procuring agency's website.
