Description / Scope of Work
Cabinet Division invites electronic bids for disposal of public assets through open auction of vehicles on an as-is-where-is basis via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0). The e-auction covers multiple vehicles and is conducted in accordance with the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2024. Interested bidders can access detailed bidding documents, specifications and terms and conditions on the EPADS v2.0 portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ using Disposal Activity ID D10534. This federal-level disposal initiative aims to transparently liquidate government-owned vehicles through competitive electronic bidding.
Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for both Income Tax and Sales Tax, and must maintain Active Taxpayer List status at the time of bidding. PEC registration may be required if the disposal involves civil, electrical or mechanical works. Only registered bidders with valid EPADS v2.0 accounts can participate in the online auction. Manual bids shall not be accepted under any circumstances. All participants must comply with the prescribed eligibility requirements and regulatory framework governing public asset disposal.
The e-auction remains open for bids until Friday, 28 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bidders have the opportunity to increase their offers multiple times throughout the auction period. Online evaluation and review will be conducted on the same day at 11:30 AM, with the highest bidder automatically selected as the winner by the EPADS v2.0 system. Bidders seeking redressal may refer to the Grievance Redressal Committee notification available on EPADS v2.0 and the procuring agency website.
