This is a three-lot scrap and waste material auction by a public university in KPK.
Bidders must be tax-registered and maintain active FBR status. The auction requires 5% bid security and complete itemization across selected lots. Payment is split: 25% on award day, remainder within three days, with 7 days allowed for material removal. Tight submission deadline and site inspection window suggest moderate competition; university auctions typically attract local scrap dealers and recycling operators.
Who can bid: Eligible bidders must be individuals, firms, or contractors registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities and listed as active taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue. No participation is permitted from Women University, Swabi employees or their families. Typically, such auctions do not require PEC registration as they fall outside construction contracting.
