The Commander Military Engineer Services (CMES), Pakistan Air Force, Islamabad invites applications for pre-qualification of Government Auctioneers to conduct auctions of unserviceable and surplus military stores and items. This is a one-year appointment contract issued under Pakistan Public Procurement Rules (PPRA). Bid documents will be issued on 27 August 2026 to pre-qualified bidders. Tender submissions must be received by the accepting officer by 1130 hours on 3 September 2026, with opening scheduled for 1200 hours the same date.
