A single 3-ton truck is being procured by the Navy for Federal delivery.
This is a straightforward equipment supply contract with mandatory DGDP registration required. The tender documentation is extensive, requiring dual technical and commercial submissions with strict compliance marking. Bidders should note the tight 30-minute gap between technical and commercial opening and ensure all 11 mandatory technical documents are complete before submission. The Rs. 200–300 bank challan and manufacturer credentials (if applicable) are non-negotiable entry requirements. This appears to be a one-off procurement rather than a framework or recurring contract.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered or willing to register with DGDP before award. PEC registration is not mentioned. Tax filing proof is mandatory. Manufacturer authorization and price lists required where applicable. Firms must comply with PPRA Rules 2004 and DPP&I-35 (Revised 2024).
