For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

This is a small-value consumable materials supply contract for seven dispersed technical training centers across mountainous Gilgit-Baltistan.
The Closing date of 08 September 2026 is imminent, leaving approximately two weeks from publication for interested suppliers to prepare bidding documents and arrange the required CDR. The tender scope is geographically spread (eight different locations), which may present logistical complexity for supply and delivery. This appears to be a routine annual or recurring procurement for training center operations rather than a one-off capital project.
Who can bid: Bidders must be well-reputed registered Government Contractors or Suppliers/Firms with relevant experience in supplying raw and consumable materials. Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of the bid amount in the form of bank guarantee from any scheduled bank (including KCBL) must accompany the technical bid. Typically, firms must hold valid NTN, be registered with the relevant trade authority, and demonstrate prior similar supply experience.
