Description / Scope of Work
The Anti-Corruption Establishment Gilgit-Baltistan invites separate sealed tenders for the financial year 2026-2027 for three categories of procurement: vehicle repair spare parts and materials, office stationery supplies, and miscellaneous items. The tenders are issued for registered general order suppliers with a minimum of three years relevant experience in any government department or agency. The estimated values are Rs 175,000 for vehicle spare parts, Rs 75,000 for office stationery, and Rs 60,000 for miscellaneous supplies respectively. All tenders must be submitted in Gilgit-Baltistan province.
Eligible bidders must possess current firm registration certificates and provide bank statements from the last two years showing a minimum balance of Rs 500,000. Bidders must submit an affidavit on stamp paper confirming they are not blacklisted, possess relevant three years experience certificates or supply orders, and maintain a workshop or dealership in Gilgit city for the relevant category. A call deposit of Rs 4,000 must be deposited in government treasury as tender security, which is refundable. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately in single-stage sealed envelopes with technical bids weighted at 40 percent and financial bids at 60 percent.
All three tenders will be received and opened on 7 September 2026 according to the prescribed schedule: vehicle spare parts at 10:00 am opening at 10:30 am, office stationery at 12:00 noon opening at 12:30 pm, and miscellaneous items at 1:30 pm opening at 2:00 pm. Bid documents must be typed on company letterhead; handwritten submissions are not acceptable. Tenders are valid until 30 June 2027.
