Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer C&W Division Swabi-I, Communication & Works Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors under the Swabi Area Development Project for financial year 2025-26. The project encompasses eight separate construction and rehabilitation works funded from Net Hydel Profit, including construction of community centres in Baja and Kaddi Rashaka, extension and construction of Janazgahs (washing facilities for deceased) in Kaddi, Pabenai and Ghar locations, repair and rehabilitation of government schools at Tehsil Topi and Gadoon, and construction or rehabilitation of roads at Batakara and Shagai Topi. The estimated project values range from PKR 368,980 to PKR 549,000 per work item, with total portfolio value exceeding PKR 3.6 million. Works are located throughout Swabi District in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) under the Finance Act 2013 and possess active status in FBR, KPRA, PEC License, and C&W Enlistment on the day of tender opening. Bids are invited under the single-stage single-envelope E-PADS system in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 as amended to 10-05-2022. Bidders must submit completed sealed bid security in CDR format with their electronic bids and provide updated documentation for active status across all required registrations and licenses for the current financial year.
Bid solicitation documents and detailed instructions to bidders are available from the office of the undersigned on any working day or downloadable from the CWD website (www.cwd.gkp.pk) and KPPRA portal (www.kppra.gov.pk). All bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS system before 11-09-2026 at 12:00 PM. Technical bid opening will commence at 12:30 PM on the same date at the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division Swabi-I.
