The Punjab Building Department invites tenders from engineering firms and contractors for two construction projects in Gujranwala, Punjab. The first project involves construction of a residence for the Assistant Commissioner at Tehsil Nowshera Virkan District with an estimated cost of Rs. 39.183 million, while the second comprises balance works of the Assistant Commissioner Office in Kamoke District with an estimated cost of Rs. 22.006 million. Both contracts are for the financial year 2026-27 with a completion period of 12 months. The procurement process is conducted through the newly introduced Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk in accordance with PPRA Rules (amended). Bidders must be enlisted or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) holding the relevant PEC License and specification code for their respective category to participate in the tender process. All bidders are required to register on the e-Procurement System and become eligible participants before submission of bids. Bid documents are available on the e-Procurement System portal, and interested applicants must obtain complete tender documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions from the online platform.
