Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited invites bids for the procurement of enterprise servers on a supply and services basis, reference No.Proc.5-1/2/230626/4840. The tender is open to qualified vendors and encompasses the full scope of supply, installation, and service delivery of enterprise-grade server infrastructure in accordance with PTCL's technical requirements and detailed Scope of Work. Bids must be submitted in DDP-PKR basis, inclusive of all applicable taxes and levies. This is a federal-level procurement issued by PTCL headquarters in Islamabad.
Bidders must possess valid vendor registration with PTCL and must quote their assigned Vendor Registration Code in all submissions. A bank guarantee of PKR 500,000 must accompany each bid as security, issued by a first-class or scheduled bank operating in Pakistan and valid for six months from date of issuance. Non-compliance with this requirement will result in automatic disqualification. Unregistered vendors may apply for registration through PTCL's official portal to establish a continuous business relationship with the company.
Bids marked RFP # Proc.5-1/2/230626/4840 must be complete in all aspects and submitted exclusively through the SAP Ariba Platform via the designated portal link before 27 August 2026 at 5:00 PM. PTCL reserves absolute discretion to reject any or all bids and annul the bidding process at any time without incurring liability or obligation to inform bidders.
