Bahria University seeks rental-basis Chromebook hardware for two campuses under a competitive EPADS tender.
This is a procurement-as-a-service engagement rather than outright purchase, suggesting medium-to-large scale equipment deployment. The tight September 2026 deadline requires immediate EPADS registration and documentation preparation. Recurring annual renewals are possible but not explicitly stated; vendors should clarify rental term and support obligations upfront.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0. The notice does not specify PEC, NTN, SECP or sector-specific licensing requirements; typically, equipment rental vendors should hold valid tax registration (NTN), business registration with relevant provincial authority, and any manufacturer authorization for Chromebook distribution. Security clearance may be required for university-based deployment.
