Description / Scope of Work
Highway Division Attock invites sealed competitive bids from eligible engineering firms and contractors for special repair of a road section from UP Church near Iari Adda Link Road in Tehsil and District Attock, Punjab. The project scope covers 0.55 kilometres of road work with an estimated cost of PKR 5.906 million and earnest money requirement of PKR 0.295 million. The completion period is three months from the contract start date. This tender is advertised through the Punjab Public Procurement Regulatory Authority e-Tendering system with reference number E.E No 1533/C dated 08-08-2026.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and on the Punjab PPRA website (www.epp.punjab.gov.pk). Bid security equivalent to 5 percent of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System only; physical bid documents, drafts, or cheques are not accepted. Performance guarantee of 10 percent of the contract amount shall be required from the lowest evaluated bidder within 15 days of offer acceptance in the form of CDR, bank draft, cashier cheque, pay order, or bank guarantee valid for 03 months beyond completion.
Bid documents can be obtained from the PPRA website portal (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/viewTender.aspx). Bids must be submitted electronically only. The tender will be opened on 07-09-2026 at 10:30 AM at the office of the Commissioner Rawalpindi Division. Contractors may visit the office of the Superintending Engineer, Highways Circle No.1 Rawalpindi for site inspection and further clarification. All bidder claims must be submitted electronically; recovery against credit of old material will be adjusted manually during bid evaluation.
